Is philosophy better than religion, is this opinion?

philosophy professor once told me "philosophy queen of sciences; there has never been king." socrates' genius lied in notion knew nothing. religion claims know proves nothing. claim made science after careful scrutiny , empirical observation or logical deduction. religion blindly followed , adaptive , should not compared philosophy.

becuase can prove wrong if philosophy , becuase philosophy started figure out religion no matter believe other people proved past!
