I stopped working in INDIA,do I need to pay any income tax?

if have no income in india, need not pay tax.

need not pay tax money send india either account or 1 else.

if directly send amount india 1 other blood relatives, receiver (other blood relatives) has pay tax on it. blood relatives become tax free gift.

on other hand, if give gift 1 in india through nre a/c in india, totally tax free gift receiver. if not have nre a/c, open now.

i in usa now. when working mnc in india paid income tax directly salary. stopped working , came on h4 visa.do need pay tax in india,if transfer money india icici bank account ?
