What car audio amplifier do I need?

please help.. i'm new car audio scene. have enclosed 2 12" kicker comp vr subs each max 700 watts. need amp handle this. don't blast music, own enjoyment. how many watts need? mono or not? 1, 2, 3 or 4 channel? im hooking 2 subs. suggest specific amp?

About a 2008 outback trailer harness install?
