Toyota Tacoma recall? Rust frame?

1995-2000 tacos. toyota inspect first , if mechanic sees rust not being worth repairing, give 150% of tacoma in excellent condition year. example, if own 1997 taco that's in poor shape , have rust issue, buy taco market value of 1997 taco in excellent condition plus 50%. how's taking care of customers? also, they've extended rust warranty fifteen years well. here couple of links show you.
