I am 20 years old, can i still make my body learn acrobat and matial arts?


not late @ all. make sure prepared lot of hard work ahead of you. i've known many people began martial arts training @ around age 30-40, , perseverance able perform splits after few years of training. remember take things , not shock body new transition, realization training long run. flexibility doesn't come bones, ligaments, tendons, muscles, , joints. might feel fixed in beginning, conditioning feel limber cat. find martial arts school , luck.

is late me learn because im old , bones fix think? want leg split, possible?
