Has anyone else had major problems with their Pontiac Grand Prix??

own 2005 pontiac grand prix. purchased 31,000 miles on it. before hit 36,000 mi. trans. had taken out replace 3rd gear. (which covered under warranty) time hit 46,000 2nd gear needed replaced (which out of pocket) right after noticed slips little going reverse, garage won't b/c not reading codes. i'm driving is. has else had problems or did stuck lemon?? btw baby car!!
