have been unemployed few weeks , married kids. have make decision tomorrow on job take , driving myself crazy going , forth. maybe outside opinion can help. can me evaluate these 2 job offers? 1 take?

job #1 - pros:
13 paid days off year.
employer puts straight 3% of salary
401k if contribute nothing.
commute 15 minutes.
after 3 years, employer pays 100% of employee
, dependents medical insurance.
40 hour work week.

cons:
10k less in salary last job
little chance career advancement.
must willing change work schedule @ moments
notice.
step in career.

job #2 pros:
commissions , bonuses
opportunity career advancement.
long-standing company
50% match 6% on 401k
company profit sharing
10 paid days year

cons:

5k less in salary last job
2 hour commute every day.
50-60 hour workweek.
company has reputation downsizing anytime
quarterlies not solid.
