give out hot cider or similar.
have performance art outside.
have real organ grinder monkey.

it's new art gallery.. how do attract people xmas? want start doing outside.. can creative? know can light trees can think of signs?... anything? creative can stick in ground.. walls, trees? etc.? thanks
