you'll asked sign statement showing why haven't filed tax forms past 4 years. if embassy determines should have filed, didn't, you'll have opportunity file late return. if unemployed, shouldn't have to. you'll still have file i-864 showing no income brother's affidavit act co-sponsor can't accepted without own affidavit.

i marry girl in india. citizen. not have job past 4 years. brother provide me i-864 co-signer. since not have job & 4 years did not file tax. problem when apply i-130 @ new delhi?.
