when problem happened, went wrong, , tried

if don't spend enough time describing problem, won't able spend our time try you.

anywho...have tried opening printer queue via control panel via start menu? it's called "printers , faxes," assuming computer windows xp. double click printer , point "printer" on menu of window pops up. make sure "pause printing" , "use printer offline" unchecked , select "cancel documents"

if doesn't work, try re-installing printer software.

luck!

i have several pages in printer queue. don't know how delete & printer doesn't print.
