Does performing arts include singing?

want acting... don't mind dancing (but rather not lol)... singing feel uncomfortable with!

if go college performing arts, have learn singing @ point?
did music course before.... drumming, yet had sing , made perform songs in front of each other. refused , grades low because of it.... ended leaving (after wanted drum!)

there seems no drama courses either. performing arts only.
