Isn't judging poetry sort of against the spirit?

me, poetry subjective , personal experience, both write , read. when read it, either moved or not. speak out when love poem, don't care when don't. because respect personal , subjective experience of poet, if doesn't appeal me. because agree thoughts opinion. because don't poem not make bad. constructive criticism thing judging poem bad egotistical.

anyway, "good poetry" is?
