False Advertising? -- Gas Prices?

work @ gas station , can tell this, probally happened during price change. in case person working there shoud have changed sign first avaid people getting upset. stop whinning saw price on pump , knew how paying , decided pay that.

where can report gas station advertises $3.39 / gallon (cash) pump reads $3.49/ gallon (and yes, paid cash). used correct type of gas (87 octane) advertised.

isn't false advertising?
