Nissan gtr 09 speed is restrained?

stated, gps top-speed de-limiter japan only. u.s. gt-r's top speed limited redline in 6th gear, 193mph. it's not governor.

have heard rumors u.s. version limited approximately 160mph, have not been able confirm myself. had around 160mph, let off.

"nissan won't let drive gtr fast , electronically limited unless driving on nissan approved tracks knows via gps nav system." read random guy wanted know if information true.???
