Toyota truck driving oddly.?

toyota truck has started driving oddly. fine times, jerks forward bit. 2001 toyota tacoma, lots of miles (135k or so), newer tires, oil changed recently.

problem seems happen when i'm gassing (maybe) , more on hills , uneven roads. ideas?

About a 2008 outback trailer harness install?
