i've seen products being sold @ beauty supply store. it's not healthy though has side effects, of family members bleach(or uses skin lighting cream) there skin. 1 off aunt burnt skin (on cheek b/c used in area. when stop using cream skin turn it's original complexion have use continuously whats sense. wouldn't advise use it. happy complexion love yourself.
