How can I learn photography?

helped me when first started getting interested in photography couple of months ago.

, don't need special camera take great photos, nikon l12 enough until you're ready upgrade more advanced camera.

i love photography, have no clue how start learning it. there websites can learn basics, makes picture, etc?

also, need camera? because camera have coolpix l12. :p
