Why no Salmonella in other vegetables?

it's in fertilizer , in how produce handled. , salmonella bacteria can contaminate other vegetables. outbreak time in crop of tomatos. organic , plain local, in season produce small farmers more expensive commercial store-bought vegetables, you're safer buying these nowadays stuff gets sold through big farms or imported mexico , other countries different controls regarding agriculture. bacterial contamination of vegetable foods has become big problem recently.

if salmonella in fertilizer or irrigation water, etc. why isnt there concern of being on other vegatables/fruit tomatoes. in tomatoes or on tomatoes?
