What is wrong with my 2008 Subaru Tribeca?

purchased our 2008 subaru tribeca in april. less 6 months old. last night not start. not battery.
had towed dealership, can't find what's wrong it. service guy said still need check "brain" of car. thoughts? suggestions?

About a 2008 outback trailer harness install?
