government spends average of us$ 30,000 every such student in these instituitions. thats tax payers money. in return india gets betrayal people leave abroad in search of better opportunitiues.

these called nri's contibute nothing country. whats part in india buy assets & not industries. dont think atleast returning money goverment, spent education!!
