Poetic therapy versus poetry?

think there difference between call poetic therapy - outpouring of what's inside (inside outside) , call poetry taking snapshot outside. (outside inside).

think poetic therapy has lot of value tool express yourself, , write these things frequently. keep them myself. find experience other people in general don't want read them, , when other people write stuff, don't want read stuff other people. mean readers don't want read endless poems hurt feelings, , rejection , loneliness , love , death , stuff struggle in our lives. maybe i'm wrong. i've sent stuff editors , didn't want read it. find poems i"ve published outside inside perspective, dream or whatever.
