Which scanner scans colors most accurately?

scanner scans colours accurately?
i'm looking new scanner :i make watercolour , other classic medium illustrations , use scan artwork. i'm looking upgrade since last scanner, because colours off. after tweaking in photoshop didn't right.

i'm condsidering canon 8800f, i've heard here , there again colours aren't accurate. can recommend me scanner accurate colors?
