arts falls under canadian heritage. @ dissolution josee verner minister of canadian heritage , status of women , minister la francophonie.

canada council arts crown corporation reports minister of canadian heritage.

please don't answer "because harper hates arts" because well...that's ridiculous.
if knows, please tell. canada council arts substitute that?
