Golf Ball Boat Design?

i'm no expert, seems me best thing can give boat large footprint in water possible. is, spread weight out on large area can, barge-style.

i have build golf ball boat tech , need designs if have , pictures or put them in answer.
can not remember size of metal has carry many golf balls possible before sinks
