Help with my car audio system?

ok getting car audio system right have rockford fosgate subs , amp. haven't put them in yet waiting enough money speakers , headunit. wondering after put in should install tweeters enhance sound. or in other words highs sound bad without tweeters. if so, tweeters , should for?

About a 2008 outback trailer harness install?
