Do Noxema products lighten skin?

purchased noxema triple clean acne cleansing pads (http://www.noxzema.com/). on week, realized skin had gotten lighter acne had gone away. don't mind skin got lighter because tan begin with, wondering if there chemicals in noxema / acne products have side effect of making skin lighter?

About a 2008 outback trailer harness install?
