Loyale GL/DL Subaru Wagon engine ticking: how do I fix it?

lifters on 90 subaru loyale ticking. car has approx. 135k on it. know common problem , tried adding "seafoam oil" oil ;this quited them down while noise back. of have other suggestions on how fix problem? , approx. how should cost it. you!

About a 2008 outback trailer harness install?
