Which location would you choose?

i'm having dilemma.

live in beautiful , expensive area. on top of that, live in 1 of nicest parts of area. problem earn enough afford 1 (or 2, if stretch it) bedroom apartment here. apartment have nice, , spacious cost, it's little outdated. weather cool , temperate, , views amazing, shopping inconvenient , pricey because earns much.

have opportunity move 45 minutes away car three-bedroom condominium brand new kitchen , interior i'm paying in rent @ current place. it'd major upgrade. shopping more convenient , budget friendly, views aren't half good, weather 15 20 degrees hotter, , add commute time significantly. wouldn't spend time in new condo, except on weekends.

should stay @ current place or make move? i'm torn.
