Sallie Mae Financial?

woman graduated school. got student loan through sallie mae financial. when got loan explained not have make payments until 6 months after graduate. graduated in november of 2007 , ( march of 2008) claiming $800+ delinquent. have asked , begged , pleaded explanation of this. have repeatedly hung of on me, yelled @ me, called me names (ex. whiney, , delinquent). no 1 has ever given me ounce of explanation. on 3/18/08 recieved phone call home around 8:15 @ night. woman sallie mae stating behind on payments. told aware , have spoken approx. 20 other people regarding matter , asking monthly payment $100 more car payment , drive 03 grand am. put me on hold , man got on phone, never introduced himself name "floor supervisor". proceeded ask me how car payment (191.23) , kind of car drive. here thinking going me or price match or something. no! told me sell car , cheaper, shouldnt have went school if couldnt afford it, , angry because hes on being sympathetic or giving me free money. crying @ point begging him lose attitude , treat me human. continued yell @ me , saying find credit information , use , find cosigners credit card numbers , use them too. promised continuously pull credit report , drop score 100 points. feel violated , harassed point of no return. police did end getting involved. total nightmare!
