Radio Problem with Mazda 3?

hi , bought used 2007 mazda 3 dealership , radio has been annoying hell out of me . producing static interfernce drive / when moving . can still receive station continously gives me background static. have driven other cars before none of them making such sound . reception ,or there wrong radio . can please tell me going on . brining dealer on friday , dun want them tell me " tat" , me being not knowing . can tell me can questions people @ dealer?

ps after driving engine makes ta-ta-ta not loud audible when waiting @ traffic lights ? isit normal
