Moving out of the country, am I entitled to a rebate on the tax I pay?

im moving away next month canada, question due told me other day. apparently think might entitled money because have been working , paying taxes based on being in job year. because im in country less half working tax year entitled rebate because wouldn't have earned enough money tax code im in.
