i've heard of 1 person in past 5 years sue irs , win, , case wouldn't of benefit you. depending on interpretation of constitution, left supreme court not or me, theory possibilty taxes are... may unconstitutional. however, americans have paid taxes since articles of confederation scrapped before our current constitution written (and each colony levied own taxes). given fact of 200+ year tradition , taxes provide such national defense, medicare, medicaid, unemployment checks, roads, public schools, health departments, mail delivery, etc. don't see u.s. supreme court ruling in favor because rather keep money pay roads drive on everyday.

yes know there no law written in united states states have pay taxes payroll check.
