skype ok, quality great. it's free while still luring in people. once establish client base, skype gonna start jacking people telecom companies.

phone cards bad rap. sure there crappy ones, they're ones pretty cheap.

canada us, can clear connection card $10 bucks ( 2 cents/ per min -- canada). clear connection has:

1). no connection/ disconnection fees/ access fees/ hidden fees -- it's clean, hence name...lol
2). no taxes
3). 1 minute billing -- if talk 1 minute you're billed 1 minute. cards bill 4 mintes sometimes.
4). 1 year expiration date
