How come SEO doesn't update my website?

add website url google year ago. site has hundreds of pages it's not updating. when type site:www.buyatchina.com, 4 pages show. when see 4 pages cached, crawled date not changing expect front page. think somehow google blocked our site. possible? can expert tell me why google not updating our website?
