Computer monitor issues?

something's weird happening lcd monitor (on vga). last night using when started flickering lot , images started jumping , down minute or so. let stay , stopped. around 30 minutes later screen went super bright second, , top-half of screen still relatively bright, bottom half of screen darker. not dark, darker.

hope monitor isn't broken :p it's not year old yet.

About a 2008 outback trailer harness install?
