funny, found question looking tango related questions. didn't know there such sculpture. :)))
first of all, allow me has not evicted recognition on side whatsoever tango dance motion on first sight. guess 'tango' in name comes after classics red colour , interlaced structures, while word gemini more symmetries of composition.

now, after reading in various on line source, think can classified under environmental sculptures.
