IPhone history not clearing?!?

have problem history isn't clearing on iphone. tap clear history, clear cookies, clear cache , when open safari , type in letter searches/urls i've visited still there. i've tried turning on/off phone , trying again, nothing. please frustrating , want continue loving iphone!

About a 2008 outback trailer harness install?
