About learning how to draw.?

have imagined world. want express drawings things.
first, have no talent drawings. of course, talents make things easier.
second, when start draw copy of image (an anime or cartoon character), don't know start. keep drawing everywhere , discourage me , when draw different, unlike original.
third, i'm having trouble drawing mind, face expression or body shape.
fourth, wrong way hold pen? keep changing way hold pen when draw...
uhh.. don't know... want continue discouraged myself everytime draw...
please give me advice or suggestion!
