ex-has not paid cent of spousal support since ending our marriage of 20yrs. last oct.he says can't work because stressed.he continues extravegent life style.his work pension has been garnished rev. canada non-payment of last taxes.can put liens on car or our condo(joint)? way trying not pay me? need training haven't funds so. thanks
