If there is so much surplus money and resources,why there is still so much poverty worldwide?

rather think because humans selfish , given current capìtalist system cares profit not other persons being ,is why money goes around looking more gains (look @ price of oil & gold instance)regardless of else.
finantial institutions ,bankers , govenments have enough money stop major problems related modern human existence( hunger,disease,poverty,pollution,global warming,wars,etc)
unfortunately there no in short term.
might take decades humans live happily in peace each other if ever make there.

is because humans through governments-democratically elected or not -have become selfish care solely own profit?
international reserves,multinational companies ,financial institutions , wealthy individuals don´t solve current human problems diseasy,hunger,etc.
