Taxes: Living in Canada working for an Australian company. How do I do my taxes?

i'm canadian resident living in canada (bc), work full-time, on salary australian company.

work on contract basis local company - don't make significant.

have no idea come tax time - last year paid professional don't think knew thing doing , i'm trying figure out way can myself or find who's knowledgeable in these situations taxes.

have experience or have resources can for? i've tried looking on google haven't found that's helped me quite yet.
