Good(somewhat inexpensive) way to add horsepower to my 1995 Pontiac Firebird?

hi everybody! don't know whole lot cars, absolutely love drive them. current(and first) car 1995 pontiac firebird. has 3.4l v6 5speed. has few mods(that on car when got it), including magnaflow catback exhaust, coldair intake(i think coldair, wrong), , thats aware of. have aftermarket ram-air hood(because looks badass), don't have ram-air performance-wise. have suggestions? said have limited experience cars, if said doesn't make sense, please don't call me "dumbass" or something.:)

also, seems runs bit funny, car doesn't respond fast should. couple of months ago had cam sensor replaced helped problem slightly, still little sluggish. wondering if bad(or going bad) fuel pump cause effect this? told while need 1 soon, can never tell when mechanic being honest or trying screw me over. thank in advance!!!
