My 97 pontiac grandam is havng a prob how life threatng are these repairs?

had tow lights come on in car 97 pontiac grand , said problems

front wheel hub w/abs , harness (my abs , low track lights on said needed done) work $533

valve cover gasket lower , upper seeping (coliant light coming on- note went here , replaced radiator when light on before- after still came on , above said needed done) total cost new work $800 fix

these things life threating? (for don't have 1200 spend right now!)
