Car accident 3 car pile up, insurance question?

past sunday involved in 3 car pile up, me being last. know fault becuase suppost in control of car @ times. cause of car #1 wanted make left turn , missed turn , slammed on breaks causeing car #2 hit , me hit him. couldn't have been going more 20mph no 1 injured except car #2 had scratch on forehead, not wearing seatbelt. made claim, there little dent on bumper, car #2 had scratch on front , of car not major damage @ all, , car #1 had bumper smushed in. happen car #2 son of car#1 when looked claim online shows going after insurance car#1's damage, car #2's damage , guys injurys. normal go after me car #1 know fact car #2 hit car #1 not me!! insurace keeps calling me statement have given statement insurance company should give other insurance company statement?
