'05 Pontiac Sunfire power steering issues, please i just need some insight?

yesterday power steering went out. not since in downtown during rush hour, them 1 ways gave me workout. when got home looked under car , saw (what looked be) power steering fluid leaking, more flowing out car.

didn't hear kind of whinning noise hear when low on power steering fluid prior going out; , seeing massive flow of fluid dont think issue.

i'm no expert, know more body repair under hood repair, think may pump went out , know if thats case there chance steering rack may have replaced well.

question how looking at? parts , labor? or possibly(hopefully) else?

, if there actual mehanics out there imput appreciated.
