Why is philosophy important and what contributed the greek people to discovering philosophy?

not consider philosophy overly important unless allow individual critical thinking skills, argumentation skills , ability analyze things in order plan out acceptable conclusion.

best way @ philosophy enjoy it. philosophy never ending subject , doubt mankind has answered many questions philosophy has managed raise.

greeks came philosophizing due having lots of time , leisure. because lots of slaves doing other work them.
