What is the best option for commuting into NYC (midtown) from NJ?

got job on park ave south (midtown). commuting morris county in nj. can't find straight forward answer on how there.... need know best option, bus or train; also, don't want walk more 1/2 mile. lost, have never worked outside of nj , feel confused. can help?? thanks.

About a 2008 outback trailer harness install?
