Mazda 626 1996 model starting issue?

wrote, 'power.... not coming out allow car stop?' did mean start? saying no spark being produced (when pull s.p. wire- there arc? elaborate, how can diagnose engine problem when give few details. many things.

my uncles mazda not start. had engine replaced due cracked block. brand new engine in still want start. power going intothe distributer , coil not coming out allow car stop. why?
