Will this cause damage to my painting?

applied varnish on painting dry (or thought). apparently there little area wet, when applied varnish, see paint still little wet. it's not super noticeable or anything, i'm little worried painting damage on time. can provide answers?

About a 2008 outback trailer harness install?
