How to draw?

im interested in learning how draw.. like, want able @ , draw decently.. or make things in head , draw on paper nicely.. "suck" @ drawing... wondering.. there videos or websites have techniques or steps follow gain talent in drawing... know takes practice, , im willing practice much, need guide. thanks!
